This Policy applies to the Service and customer support directly related to it. Third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob, and Firebase may process information independently under their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Process and How We Collect It
We do not operate a separate registration process that asks users to provide a name, phone number, or address book. However, the following information may be processed automatically by the app or third-party SDKs.

The information actually processed depends on device settings, region, consent choices, SDK configuration, and use of optional features.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Provide game functions, preserve game state, operate leaderboards, and process purchases and restorations
- Serve advertisements, process rewarded ads, manage ad frequency, and prevent invalid ad activity
- Analyze usage, improve game balance, diagnose errors, and improve performance and stability
- Respond to support requests, resolve disputes, and deliver important service notices
- Prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and protect legal rights
4. Personalized Advertising and Consent
The Service uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, we may use Google UMP to request choices regarding personal data processing and personalized advertising.
- Personalized advertising is optional. Users may refuse or withdraw consent.
- If consent is not granted, non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown where permitted by law and Google policy.
- Privacy choices may be changed through privacy options provided in the app or through device and Google Account advertising settings.
5. Sharing, Service Providers, and Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal data. We use the following SDKs and platforms to operate the Service. These providers may act as independent controllers or processors, depending on the service and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person’s vital interests, protect our rights, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, in each case subject to applicable law.
6. International Data Transfers
Because we use Google’s global infrastructure, personal data may be stored or processed outside the user’s country, including in the United States and other countries where Google or its agents maintain facilities. Where required, transfers are protected by applicable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.
7. Legal Bases for Users in the EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions
Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract to provide requested game features; consent for personalized advertising or other processing where consent is required; legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the Service; and compliance with legal obligations. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
8. Retention
- Support records kept directly by us: up to three years after a request is closed, or longer if reasonably necessary for an ongoing legal dispute.
- Game settings and progress stored locally: may be deleted when the app or its data is deleted or the device is reset.
- Analytics, advertising, and Google service data: retained according to Google’s policies, account settings, and our service configuration, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
- Transaction records: retained where required by applicable tax, accounting, consumer protection, or other laws.
9. Deletion and Disposal
When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it irrecoverable using reasonable technical measures. Information required by law is separated and used only for the required retention purpose.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and data portability.

- We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or limitation.
- Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete Google Account data, Google Play purchase records, or data held independently by third-party services. Those records must also be managed through the relevant provider’s account and privacy tools.
- Users in the EEA or UK may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly ask children to provide direct identifiers such as contact details. Where applicable law requires parental consent for a child, we apply required consent procedures and advertising restrictions. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information has been processed improperly may contact us to request review or deletion.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access limitation, encrypted transmission, protection of authentication information, software and SDK updates, and review of service logs. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Tracking Technologies and Device Controls
The Service and third-party SDKs may use app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies. Users can limit certain processing through device advertising and privacy settings, app permissions, Google Account settings, and privacy options offered in the app.
